Central Wisconsin Credit Union Response To Coronavirus

We at CWCU understand that the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, continues to cause uncertainty within our community, the State, and even the country. As your credit union, we are operating in a state of preparedness to do our best to mitigate the risk to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.
Central Wisconsin Credit Union is taking the following measures:
• Staff has been instructed to take extra measures to wipe down work areas with disinfectant and keep them clean.
• CWCU has a Pandemic Policy in place should the situation intensify and require further restrictive steps.
• Staff has been instructed if they feel ill to stay at home until they are no longer showing symptoms of illness.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily so we can respond to changes as they occur. Our goal is to keep everyone as safe as we can.
Should the need arise to shut down our branch lobbies to foot traffic, we would like to remind you of the various other ways to access our products and services:
• Drive-up lanes would remain open.
• Online banking allows you to review balances, transfer money, and pay bills with online bill payer.
• We have a night drop slot in the first drive-up lane at each branch where you can make deposits anytime.
• You can also access your account via our mobile apps.
• As always, the ATM machines at both locations are fee free to members.
